The kitchen likes to use local ingredients but prepared with techniques from all over the world, all to never hinder creativity. For the best possible dining experience, the menu is constantly evolving.

Experience Höga Kusten, Härnön and Vårdkasberget
On Härnön in the High Coast is Vårdkasberget – one of the most accessible view mountains on the High Coast. There is a road all the way to the top where you are greeted by a wonderful view of large parts of the High Coast. From the top of Vårdkasberget there are several nice hiking, cycling and trail trails.
At Härnö Outdoor we want to create an inclusive meeting place that inspires, engages and creates encounters between people. Härnö Outdoor Lodge is the obvious meeting place for everyone who visits and uses the mountain.

Activities on Vårdkasen and Härnön
Härnö Trail is one of the High Coast trail races with distances of 7, 14 and 21 km. The race itself takes place this year on 1 October, but for the rest of the 364 days of the year the well-marked and beautiful trails are there for both walking and running.
On the Vårdkasen there are two signposted circuits specially adapted for mountain biking. The Gerestavarvet is an 8.5 km long and technically easy trail, but with a slightly tough finish. Holmbergsrundan is 7.5 kilometers and medium difficulty with some technical parts.
Härnöleden starts down in the centre of Härnösand and goes up to Vårdkasen and on to Smitingens havsbad and nature area.
At the top of the Vårdkasen there is an obstacle course that is mainly made for children, but is also a fun activity for adults
At the top of Vårdkasbacken is a lookout tower well worth visiting and climbing. At the top there is a fantastic view of Härnösand and the southern strait and if you look closely you can see the top of the Högakusten bridge which is about 25 km away.

Up on the summit at the southern lookout is a letter hunt. Using the High Coast app, the mission is to find 6 letters. Its 6 letters form a word. If you find the letters and form a word, you win an ice cream from Härnö Outdoor Lodge
